The terms on which you use this website. It is a podcast and a set of written episode notes — nothing on it is investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell you anything.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover this website only. The GAIB Terms of Use govern the GAIB platform and its products, and apply to anything these terms do not address. Where the two genuinely conflict on a matter concerning this website, these terms govern.
Where Capital Meets Compute is a podcast about how AI infrastructure gets financed, published by Good AI Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (“GAIB”). This site hosts the episodes, transcripts, chapter markers and written summaries, and lets you subscribe to an email notification when a new one is published.
That is the whole of it. This site offers no account, no product, no vault, no token and no transaction of any kind.
This is the most important term on the page, because of what the show is about.
The episodes discuss private credit, GPU and data-centre financing, capital structure and market conditions. All of it is published for general information and comment only. None of it is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and none of it is a personal recommendation. It takes no account of your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, digital asset, fund interest or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction. Nothing on it should be read as a projection, a guarantee, or an indication of future performance.
Before acting on anything you hear or read here, take independent professional advice and do your own diligence.
Guests appear in a personal capacity. Their views are their own and are not the views of GAIB, its affiliates, its officers or its employees, and an appearance on the show is not an endorsement in either direction. Statements of fact made by guests are theirs; we do not independently verify them.
Episode summaries, chapter titles and article write-ups are our editorial rendering of a conversation. Where they differ from the recording, the recording is what was actually said.
The episodes, artwork, written articles, design and code of this site are owned by GAIB or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights.
You are welcome to listen, to link to any page or episode, and to quote short extracts in commentary, reporting or research provided you attribute them to Where Capital Meets Compute and do not alter their meaning.
Please do not republish episodes or transcripts in full, present the content as your own, or use our name, logo or a guest’s name in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site or the servers behind it, probe or breach its security, place an automated load on it heavy enough to degrade service for others, or use it to distribute unlawful or malicious material. Do not submit an email address that is not yours.
If you subscribe, we will email you when a new episode is published. You can unsubscribe from any email, at any time, using the link it contains. What we do with your address is set out in the Privacy Notice.
Episodes are also distributed through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and other platforms, and this site links out to those and to material published by others. We do not control those services or that material, we are not responsible for it, and your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
We may change, suspend, correct or withdraw any part of this site or its content at any time, without notice. We do not promise the site will always be available or uninterrupted.
We may also revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAIB, its affiliates and their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Consistent with the GAIB Terms of Use, any such dispute is to be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre under its rules in force at the time. The seat is Singapore and the language is English.
