What this website collects, and what it does not. It collects very little: an email address if you ask for one, and aggregate, cookieless page counts.

Where Capital Meets Compute is a podcast published by Good AI Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (“GAIB”, “we”, “us”). This notice covers this website and the episode newsletter only.
It does not cover the GAIB platform, its products, or any account you hold with GAIB. Those are governed by the GAIB Privacy Policy, which also applies to anything this notice does not address.
Your email address, if you submit it. The subscribe form is the only place this site asks you for anything. We collect the address you enter and nothing else — no name, no company, no phone number.
Aggregate usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which episodes people read. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint your device, and it does not follow you to other sites. We see totals, not individuals.
Standard server logs. Our host processes your IP address and browser user-agent to deliver pages and to defend against abuse. This is ordinary web-server operation and the records are short-lived.
This site never asks for identity documents, financial details, wallet addresses or transaction history. If you have given GAIB that information elsewhere, the GAIB Privacy Policy governs it — not this notice.
This site sets no cookies of its own. We run no advertising, no cross-site tracking and no behavioural profiling. That is why you are not being shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
If we ever add cookie-based analytics or advertising, we will update this notice and ask for consent first where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your email address to market GAIB products unless you separately opt in to that elsewhere.
We use two service providers, both acting on our instructions:
Both are established in the United States, so if you are reading this from the EEA, the UK or elsewhere, your email address and request logs are transferred there. We rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses for those transfers.
Beyond those two, we disclose personal information only to our professional advisers, or where we are legally required to.
Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe, and then removed from the active list within a reasonable period. Analytics data is aggregate and holds nothing that identifies you. Server logs are retained briefly for security and then discarded.
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, which is the fastest way to stop hearing from us and to have your address removed.
You can also ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw consent you previously gave. Depending on where you live, these rights arise under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, the EU or UK GDPR, or California law. We do not charge for these requests and we do not treat you differently for making one.
Write to legal@gaib.ai and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell subscribers by email where the change affects them.
